Valdez - Grocery Store?

Hi All.. I have had a surprisingly hard time finding this info online so thought I'd try here?

Is there a grocery store in Valdez? I know there are some convenience stores with limited groceries. I'm not looking for a Super-Wal-Mart...just wondering if there is anything slightly larger than a convenience store/gas station type of place?

    The Safeway was walking distance from our CG, good store.

    There is also a beer liquor store next to the safeway with a good selection

    Nice Safeway store with good selection of of fresh fruits & veg.
    We shopped there is morning

    They have a real nice one. We went to it
    a lot in the five days we spent there, last year, 2014.

    The 4,000+ people in Valdez can't live out of just a convenience store at the gas station. Glennallen, though smaller, also has a grocery store.

    The Safeway was very nice I thought... their selection of "fresh" fruits and veggies was good, nice meat and deli counter. easy to walk to from the Eagle's Rest RV resort.

    We where there in 2010 there were two as well Safeway and some Mom and Pop.
