Totally illegal in most (all?) jurisdictions to have license plates obscured. Just 'cause you don't get stopped does NOT make it legal or OK!!
They will get you one way or another.
Coasting off of hill two MPH over the speed limit is illegal also - but my question is "what actually happens????"
A. Some sort of toll bridge security pulls you over
B. A gate drops and you can't proceed
C. The guards step out with their Uzis and wave you over
D. The .50 Caliber Brownings open up from behind the cement barricades
E. All of the above
In other words, has this actually happened to anyone - what happened to you.
