First, Hwy 58 is a good route to Hwy 99 or further to I-5. I am assuming you will be heading to Zion from I-15, then back to I-15. This avoids the tunnel. In Zion plan on using the shuttle, as vehicles are not allowed on certain park roads. RV parks in Zion, and Springdale (others further out).
