Vehicle Insurance in Sonora without a FMM (Visa)

The insurance carrier - GNP Seguros, did not ask for a TIP, or FMM. We bought the deluxe package with full coverage. I've sent them a message, but haven't heard back from them yet.
I wish there was a place to get up to date information. The websites all say something different than what you're all saying here.
