Vehicle Insurance in Sonora without a FMM (Visa)

Update: Talked to the Insurance company. The TIP or FMM are not a pre-requisite for the insurance. If anything happends we are fully covered. That's a relief. However, still nervous about the possible repercussions of not having the FMM or TIP.
