Vince Lombardi park and ride off the NJ Turnpike?

Anyone have experience at the Vince Lombardi park and ride off the NJ Turnpike? I was wondering if I could park my truck camper there and take the ride to Manhattan and stay parked there for a few day...

Having previously lived in that area I am pretty sure that at least there will be parts missing when you get back.
