The Winchester, VA Flying J just before the MD state line is currently at $2.35 for regular gas and $2.99 for diesel. Adding the estimated $0.07 cent tax increase still keeps the price below the $2.59/$3.19 prices at the Pilot up the road in Hagarstown, MD. Or you could push on to PA where current prices are $2.85/$3.49. My only gripe with the "I-81 gas tax" is there's no guarantees that the funds go towards I-81 or I-81 access roads improvements.
