I'm in the 101 crowd. While your sure to hit rain and even storms, along the coast is spectacular and there are plenty of RV campgrounds, State and private to pull into along the way, where you can either wait them out or enjoy the coast. I5 is nice thru Oregon, but heavy traffic, big rigs and you'll still get rain/sleet/snow or sun. Seven Feathers is a great place to pull into before Ashland.
