I guess this whole deal will be the same as happened with alcohol prohibition, but in the long run it is good to know what happens along the borders with Customs and Inmigfation in Canada, the USA and Mexico.
There have been a number of elderlly folks caught at the borders world wide trying to smugle, some of the narcos think that the authorities will not look carefull at an older person and dupe the elder into doing this foolish act that some times gets them in trouble.
I like the cartoon, this really has nothing to do with politics, it is what is happening at the borders and nothing more.
