Warning to Canadians

Pot will be legal federally in Canada within a month. This is not the case in the US where legalization is on a state basis. Borders are a federal jurisdiction. You can be banned for life from entering the US if you admit to any connection to the now legal pot business in Canada.

    As I wrote - I expect discussion about Mexico, central & south America. This, BTW is not a political discussion forum - perhaps you are confused.

    Don't be twisting up and smoking those Scooby snacks, and you'll have nothing to worry about. LOL. And if you are indulging in Scoobies to extremes, I doubt you'll care regardless.

    Please, No politics. This forum discusses Mexico & Central America. As many times as I've crossed the border I have never been asked about investments - it's a ridiculous and snarky "warning" to offer and has no place in this forum.

    And after the hoopla in the news over not be arrested in Mexico for minor amounts of pot, this is what a sargento de marinas told me at a Puesto de Control Sept 2018

    "We arrest anybody with mota and then let the judge figure it out"
