Avoid Friday's. Travel thru 10-2. Best to avoid totally.

Very early Sunday mornings are usually fine.

DC just like Atlanta is Not RV friendly - but something like this might work - MAP

East Coast Rush hour is 6-10 in the AM and 2-7:30 In the PM - weekends are bad on Friday evenings later as everyone heads to the Beach and Comeback Sunday - but Most rentals are swapped on Saturday, Sooooooooooo

I can't even park my TV in DC (Height issue in the garages)

If you MUST use the Beltway, choose your times very carefully. During rush hour or accidents, it is as bad as you can imagine- just kidding, it's WORSE! LOL.
