Pen Man is right about the weather. March/April are usually the windy and I mean windy season here in NM. Albuquerque is not immune but depending on the day or week it could be calm and beautiful or blustery and cold. I live here too, so have no first hand knowledge of staying at a campground, however we have full timing friends who stay at the High Desert RV Park when they are in town and love it. I have met the manager and she is lovely. We stayed several years ago at the KOA north and it was a very nice location. Check Weatherbase.com for weather averages that time of year. New Mexico is the land of Enchantment no matter when you come!
