Several miles out of Leggett on 1 there are several 15MPH switch backs and then it's a decent and beautiful drive on the coast. CGs near the water, Ft Bragg - take the Skunk RR, Mendencino etc. We usually spend a week at Bodega Bay as it's one of the few areas we can go to legally. Most of 1 including S of SF is prohibited for MH's over 40' but not TTs. We enjoyed Ft Bragg but a slide closed 20 for us.
A great trip would start at the Olympic Penisula and head south on 101 and 1. You'll have some wind, rain and cooler weather.
