The news out of B.C. is if the poultry is cooked or processed, then it is safe to eat, so there was no recall of the meat.
I expect folks will be asked about any chicken in the freezer as they pass back into the states. Not so much if they're coming into Canada.
The mad cow disease prompted the same reaction.
Be sure to leave your dog food in its original packaging to prove where it was made. "Made in USA" is usually a good thing, we've never had our "Made in USA" dog food confiscated by border agents going either way.
