The camera was very much on solid ground at a campground in the US.
Ok now I'm going to cheat, looking at a map of New York, I would say Fort Niagara State Park with a telephoto lens!
Gotta be there or Niagara on the Lake on the Canadian side. Either way the shot was taken real close to the border at the Niagara river.
