Vicksburg, MS. The campground is across the river, the overlook is at the welcome center.
I'm thinking that the Vicksburg welcome center sits between the two bridges. The picture seems to show the bridges south of the center. The pictures could be from the Vicksburg Riverfront Park, but I am unaware of a CG in the area.
