Which first - the Cassiar or the Alcan?

Thanks for the thread and an excellent question. We are going through the same thought exploration although we are coming in from east of the Mississippi. We are seriously considering both routes from here to Anchorage and back. Maybe Cassiar up and Alaska Highway coming back.

I read somewhere fuel stops might be a bit dicey on the Cassiars but I haven't seen much that would scare me off yet. I get about 220 miles on a tank safely with a bit of room to spare.
