Which gps?
Hi Everyone, What is a good, reliable and inexpensive GPS for MX and Central America, and where should you get it? Any special software specific to MX that you'll have to buy as well? Thanks!

Brian. I think it will work well for you.
Here are the simple steps to use MS S & T to plan a route.
1. After you save your file in S & T, click DATA and Export to GPX file
2. Save it using the same trip name.GPX
3. Plug the Garmin into the computer using tiny port on bottom of GPS to your USB port
4. With Garmin plugged into the USB port on your computer, you should see Nuvi2797/internal storage/GPX
4. Paste the GPX file that you created into that folder.
5. Now to find the trip on the Garmin, on your first screen don't hit "Where to" or "View Map", select Apps/trip Planner, you should see the trip that you just saved. Select it.
Note if you are not at that starting point it first tries to route you to your starting point.
Make sure your Garmin Express is updated to V2.2.21 and your software Version is updated to 3.8, GPS firmware is 3.03.04
