Which gps?
Hi Everyone, What is a good, reliable and inexpensive GPS for MX and Central America, and where should you get it? Any special software specific to MX that you'll have to buy as well? Thanks!

One small thing. I had S&T open and planned the route and saved it and then tried to convert to .gpx with S&T still open but the Export .gpx function was not functioning in Data. I closed S&T and then opened it again using the saved file. Now Data showed the Export function working and I was able to save as a .gpx. Moving the new .gpx file to the Garmin was as easy as you explained. So far I only did a simple route but will try more complicated routes one of these days. Thanks for your tips. Whenever possible I will still be using S&T to plan our routes but we can then use the planned routes in the new Garmin when we use the car.
