whimsical wishful thinking department

If you could wish for and get a Libramiento a periferico bypassing any city in Mexico which city would you choose and why?

To make this day dream more comprehensive how much would you be willing to pay in autopista Cuota fees to use the bypass of your dreams?

Keep the wishful thinking genie working: if you could ask for a new RV park in a place that does not have an RV park now, where would it be? Why there?
  • The road south of San Felipe is now pave 13 miles south of Gonzaga Bay and is a pleasurable drive. We use the Chapal cuttoff all the time getting back home from Baja Sur to Penasco it saves us a bunch of time, when it is paved it will be simply awesome!
  • X2 on PV!

Actually there is a bypass ...stay on 15D and head back to the Coast via 110!
  • Don't need no steenking bypass hints PMd. Post in public please.

A bypass around Puerto Vallarta all the way from the cape to the north to atop the plateau in the south would be worth 200- pesos to me. A bypass around Tuxtla Gutierrez would be nice as well.

A new paved route from Mexicali bypassing San Flippedout and joining Mex 1 at Laguna Chapala is getting there.
  • Tepic has a beautiful RV park, and you would fit!

Morelia is easy, especially since the construction is almost finished. Feel free to PM for tips. It does need an RV park, though.

I certainly second Guadalajara, although I do seem to get messed up in Morelia, which would be good for a new RV park, now that we're short one in Patzcuaro

    X2 Plus:

Bypass: Mexico City to the west and also around Toluca.

    Tepic?

RV Park: Durango, More, better, at or near Puerto Escondido.
San Cristobal for big rigs. Oaxaca.....etc

We also need more RVers to make it worthwhile for the owners.

  • Got one of mine, the Mazatlan bypass for just 66 pesos.
    Now, Guadalajara, I'd pay 250!
