We were there last year, and management had posted signs on several of the units. We stayed there one night on the way up, but opted for a campground coming home. I have never unhooked at a Wal-Mart, and we wanted to spend some time in Whitehorse.
This Wal-Mart overnighting had gone from the ridiculous to the absurd, but it was not alone in the long-termers we spotted in Canada and Alaska. Fairbanks Wal-Mart had a number of long term campers, and even when we pulled in to Regina on the way home, a couple of fifth wheels near us were populated by folks who drove in with their compact cars after work, no tow vehicle in sight.
