We were at Walmart in Whitehorse last August and the parking lot was full of "overnight" campers. Several were trailers with the jacks down and no tow vehicle in sight. And, as Joe says, there were steps down, slides out on motorhomes and trailers, and even lawn chairs out at a couple of RVs that were obviously traveling together. The only parking lot we saw in 3 months with more RVs camped in the parking lot was at the Soldotna Fred Meyer store on the weekend that dip netting for reds began on the Kenai River.
