I'm FROM Winnipeg. Good thing I have the water from the Rio Grande to drink.
Actually this ticks me off. Winnipeg just spent a kazillion dollars upgrading the water treatment plant a couple of years ago. Suppose to be some of the best water in the world. A bunch of tax dollars down the drain.
