MEXICOWANDERER

I chatted with an Aduanero about this, around three years ago. If the televisions are built-in, they won't say anything about four TVs in a large bus or 5th wheel. But a pair of loose televisions as Navegator stated is exceeding the limit allowed by Mexican customs law. Really slimy Aduaneros will argue the televisions are "Productos extraneous de China" and will really try for el premio mayor, the grand prize of mordida.
Sonoyita is strict, like Tecate. Put the second TV behind the bed or something and throw a folded bedsheet over top. If it gets discovered, say your better half insists on watching women's programs. If he grabs for a bribe tell him you want a Factura de Hacienda.
The sad thing is more than one loose TV actually violates written rules of importation for tourist use.
