Would it be safe to pull a 35ft 5th wheel on UT-12?

We did it towing our fifth wheel and had no problems. There are several pull-outs where you can stop, get out, stretch, take a few photos, and relax a bit. We loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat, but then we live in Colorado and drive mountain roads every time we go camping.
