Recommend route from North Gate or West Gate? Driving Class C with toad.

West Glacier - just need a good road. Want to have a short visit, do the going to the sun road.
Unfortumately, its mostly closed right now. West side OK, middle only for hikers and bikers, east side completely closed. Probably have to skip, do it another year.
