Yellowstone to Grand Teton in sept
We will be leaving the west entrance of yellowstone and heading to Grand Teton. Any routes to use or avoid?

Here's a good description of all the entrances/exits of Yellowstone.

Heading to the south exit would be our choice. Leave as early as you can to avoid the Yellowstone slow traffic and you'll also have a better chance of seeing some critters along the way.
