don't know about the one in Niagara falls but the one that was in Windsor a zoo. poorly maintained very crowded no privacy at all. the koa was the same. both are now locally owned and although still not the bests places (still very open with no terrain but you cant fault them for the landscape) they are much nicer now that they are taken care of and properly run.
