.How do you reserve? Online only, by phone or combined.

I like online reservations. We stay in commercial parks. The KOA websites work well for us. Clearly shows price and type of hookups. It has a section for special requests.
I have also used phone reservations, but sometimes, no one answers & and I leave a message. If I hit a dead spot, or have to use my phone for another call, it becomes a little more complicated.
