1 night sleepovers between Ft Collins, CO and Jackson, WY?

We did that trip two years ago, only we drove 287/26 all the way. Took our time and enjoyed the scenery it really wasn't that bad. I usually drive 6-7 hours a day when on our trips. We ran into the same thing for a place to stay in between, just decided not to stop.
