To be fair, from their web site they have sites for $106/nt including taxes and sites for $93/nt including taxes and you apparently chose the higher priced site. And much lower priced sites for sites that will not fit your 40'+ MH.
And I assume you knew the price before you agreed to take that site. If you took it without knowing the price, then shame on you.
And now you complain to us because you did that. :S
