I guess since you are aware of it, then you should call them and tell them you need to pay the additional fee. Or if they call you, tell them you don't give out CC info on calls like that and askfor a number to call to make the payment. I don't really see a difference. Any number you get whether from someone on a phone or on a website can equally be fraudulent.
