2017 memories

Got many things done at our RV lot in Yuma, AZ. Fun dancing and adult beverages on the patio at the VFW in the afternoons. Spending many hours of happy hours and other times together with friends from across the US and Canada. Downers, some friends couldn't come because of medical issues and very unfortunately several passed away.

I think the highlight so far this year was the five weeks we stayed at the Escapees Sumter Oaks RV Park in Florida during our three months down that way during the winter. We met many old friends there, and made some new ones as well. We always look forward to our stays there. There's a lot of year left though, so who knows what might end up as the top highlight of the year... ;)

Highlights. Woke up jan 1 and every morning since.
Lowlight. April 15 worse day every year.

Yep, it's pretty tough to top that highlight.

Dirt biking the Q and hanging out with others. Riding the Plamosa mountains looking out toward the metropolis of Bouse Az.

Highlight: Retired from 36 years of teaching yesterday.
lowlight: Never have those.

Plomosa. I love the area just over the hill toward Bouse. Very few campers out there.

High, several friends came down south for two weeks. We bummed for a week, then took a cruise to the Caribbean.

Low, several people passed away in the park. Sign of the times I guess.
