Lots of Utah will be hot that time of year. Higher altitude places like Bryce will be more comfortable than Zion.
Utah has so many geologic wonders that 5 National Parks is not enough to capture all of them. So if you spend time here, be sure to consider some of our state parks too (e.g. Dead Horse SP is between Arches and Canyonlands and is worth the side trip).
