Any of the Tacoma Public Untility Campgrounds in that area are pretty nice and not far from Paradise.
We have stayed at Taidnapam and enjoyed the campground. I had never considered its proximity to Mt. Rainier NP but checked on a map and it looks like it could work. We are going with another couple and we might check out Mounthaven. Always looking for someplace new. Thanks all.
