Has anyone been asked for a copy of their 8840 by US Border services when entering into the USA. I have never filled out one of those forms to date and I have spent the last 2 winters south of the bor...

8840 is a US IRS form. It has nothing to do with Mexico taxes or immigration and nothing to do with US immigration.
Correct, I was told exactly that at my wife's interview for her Nexus Card renewal in September. The US agent that we met with stated that they have no interaction with the IRS when I asked about 8840 requirements.
