Two other items of note by the World War I Museum (formerly the Liberty Memorial) are the old Union Station, just across the street to the north, a magnificent building that now houses a world-class Science Museum; and, just across the street to the east, Hallmark Center, the headquarters and visitor center for Hallmark Cards as well as a shopping center, hotel, and museum.
