Where I live at exit 29 of I-95, the commercial parks are open and so is Blythe Island Regional Park and Campground.
Edited to add, I'd stay clear of Southern Retreat RV Park at exit 29. They are packed in like sardines over there. Coastal GA RV Resort is a parking lot type campground, but not as tightly crammed in.

That Southern Retreat doesn't sound like the place to be while this virus is being spread. Have you spoke to one of your state representatives about the situation? Georgia is one of the last holdouts concerning for the care of the populace of this country.
