It could be worse. (And pilots will back me up on this). There's a difference between True North and Magnetic North. True North never moves, but Magnetic North does move over time and can be as much as 5 degrees off of True North in either direction. Our planet actually "wobbles"!
If the poster expects you to align your campsites so the door faces Magnetic North, you'll have to realign all your sites every few years by a few degrees. And just think of giving driving directions to campers. You could give directions from Texas to Billings, Montana and they might wind up in Bozeman! :)
