A problem I never knew existed.

That's like the trees interfered with my satelite reception or the campsite was all dirt underneath the trees. All reviews must be gleaned for useful information.

I've seen these too, like it's the CG's fault that the weather was bad.
You have to take some of these reviews with a grain of salt, when reading them, you just have to use a little common sense, & give no weight to them at all.
I find that the majority of the reviews are folks posting honest, helpful reviews.

My buddy is headed in that direction. he is headed out west and looking for campgrounds that allow him to face his trailer east so he doesn`t have to worry about the wind and his awning! I told him that he is now getting a bit carried away with trying to find campgrounds.

I stayed in a park once that had pink TP in the men's room!!! I still have nightmares. Where do I file my complaint?

I thought about posting a negative review on rvparkreviews.

This park was in Buffalo, WY. While being guided to the site, we had to wait about 30 seconds while a flock of 12 turkeys (2 legged kind) left the site after cleaning up after prior users.

Late that afternoon a bunny came by to say "hi", but he left without waiting for a reply. How rude.

About 1/2 hr later the flock of turkeys made their twice-a-day pass thru the campsites.

qan hr or so later, a herd of deer ambled by in neighboring meadow. They were not friendly, they just ignored us.

About dusk, DW and I were walking down the exit dirt road and I nearly stepped on a foot-long snake, but DW noticed it just in time.

Also, I had to use almost 50-ft of cable to get Dish HD lock in. Too darn many trees around the site. And our site was at least 100-ft from nearest neighbors.

Can you believe it, DW would not let me post this negative review!

We will never go to that park again, unless we are in the area.

Go to their forum and scroll through the "best of" reviews. Its hilarious what people say. My personal favorite is when people rate a park low because they dont get cell coverage. When you make reservations for a spot 5000' above sea level in the middle of nowhere what did you expect!!!!!!!

I remember a park where there was a lush carpet of grass in the site, but upon further investigation, just 1 or 2 inches below that turf was nothing but dirt and worms. Made sure to mark them off any potential future visit, the nerve hiding all that nasty stuff under the grass.

Then there was the lady who asked the park rangers to turn off creek's flowing at night because the sound made her husband wet his sleeping bag. Yes she was dead serious.

My favorite is about a fellow who for the past 17 years attended a special event, always staying in the same camp. His rating of a c- was because another arrived next to him at 12:30 am and made noise. Sturgis? It is a 24 hr. PARTY!
I have often heard of posters slamming their favorite camp so that it would not be busy when they want to go.
