About these City and State Parks in TX and OK

I guess I need to mention that I plan to get to the courses by bicycle! I have a hitch on the bike, and tow a golf push cart backwards (on two wheels). It's an ebike so I can go a fair distance without it being much trouble. BUT, if I have to ride on public roads with heavy traffic to get to any of those courses, please let me know. I want to avoid that. That will make a difference to me as far as where to go.
Crossing a highway should be ok, though.

I figured out that some of them are just stay and play deals, and the course is 10 miles away.
