Lots of choices around Portland area. You mentioned east side primarily.
- State parks - McIver near Estacada, Champoeg south of PDX
- Clackamas County parks - Barton, Metzler, Clackamette is right on Willamette River in Oregon City
- Multnomah County - Oxbow Regional Park
- Silver Fox RV park near Estacada
- Cascade Locks has KOA and Cascade Locks Marine Park
- If you are open to clothing optional/nude, there are two AANR parks near Portland. Squaw Mountain is near Estacada is quiet and rustic with all the hookups. Hot tub and potluck every Saturday night. Mountaindale Sun Resort is west of Portland, but is quiet, all the hookups, plus pool, hot tub and sauna. Mountaindale is right near North Plans.
- RV Park of Portland is just south near Tualatin.
If you can't find a spot on that list, you need to go home!!
