We were headed for FL for the first time, not sure where we were going to end up, but as we traveled we stopped at the gulf shore in Mississippi. Beautiful here - not crowded, parking lots along the hwy to just pull over and enjoy the beach. No charge to park or enjoy. Any business/product you could want in the 29 miles from Biloxi to Gulf Port and Pass Christian and the small towns around them. Casinos, shows etc. We aren't sure about the winter weather, but we decided to stay here and give it a try.
