Any time your using your geezer pass and that feeling of being “Entitled” gets the best of you , just pay the fee for that guy behind you on tight budget and you’ll be all good again.
I might do that. Good idea.

they don't mention for me to visit the US now and buy that 70 buck 1 year pass, it will cost me over 300 bucks 😶

That’s a bummer as I don’t think Canada charges Yankees any more than their own when we visit National parks up there in our hat!

I apologize for the way we are currently treating our neighbors and friends.

Treating? I mean, I agree, I don’t think someone from Canada or … Iran should pay “more” to see a movie here or buy a cup of coffee or a shirt from Kohl’s.
But the US isn’t discriminating against Canada, it’s charging more for ANYONE who wants to visit our tax payer funded public attractions that hasn’t contributed to the bottom line of this country.
We US residents, already pay another unseen “fee” (I’m sure it’s minor) and on avg the older you are the more “fee” you’ve paid out of every paycheck and on April 15.
Saying that the rest of the world should reap those same benefits as those who contributed to the success of the country (sure there’s the people who don’t make chit and/or don’t pay taxes, but let’s not over complicate it) is akin to sanctuary cities. And I’ll stop there….
