Overall I say it is too ambitious and will result in exhaustion about half-way through the 3 week trip.
I understand folks have limited time and want to see as much as possible, but that schedule is going to put most of your sightseeing through the windshield.
I've done that type trip, and now in my mid-60s I'm finding I missed so much. Hope I have enough year, and dollars, to go see it properly.
I would recommend you set at least one day of doing nothing each week, maybe two.
Other than that, the suggestions above are good, but you cannot see everything. Cull the list to the important first trip stops. Put the others one the bucket list.
