We were there the end of January. Trees and tree branches were in our way turning into our space. I could not get my Travler to lock on to the Directv satellites due to the tree branches covering our rig. I didn't like the fact that the park is not fenced so don't leave anything outside. The reason we pick this park was for the free tram to D-land, which turned out not to be free. For the 6 of us it's a wash. D-land parking is $18 per day ($54 for our three days) and the tram is the same price - so no advantage there. If I were to do it again I would look for another park.
