Again - the OP really isn't asking about the low temperatures which occur just before dawn, he is asking about evening temperatures. And most snow bird places have evening temperatures (at least in the Phoenix area) that will be in the low 60s to low 50s with them falling lower as the night progresses. Looking at the weather data doesn't give you evening temperatures, just hughes and lows, which usually occur about in the mid afternoon for the high and just before sunrise for the low.
