I have also noticed that several private campgrounds are installing a few cabins. It seems to be more common all the time.
I use RVPARKREVIEWS.com to find good campgrounds/resorts. You might use it to find places near cities you're considering. The listings sometimes (but not often) indicate if they have cabins (click on 'show all'). If not, you can always just check their rates or call the places you are considering and ask.
