And for those that do not perceive a problem, you expectations are very low in the customer service department.
That "oh, well" can also translate to "go ahead, I've heard it before and nothing I can say or do is going to stop you". You complained about a clear rule that you didn't like WELL after the point of no return. If it were no water at your site, broken electrical box, noisy partiers next door all night or something you couldn't foresee that's a whole different story. Another BIG part of customer service is to not argue with someone who's being unreasonable or something that can't be changed. It doesn't get anyone anywhere. You didn't get poor customer service. You got someone whose hands were tied and didn't want to be yelled at about it.
