Antelope Canyon, Page Az. Tour Company

Can anyone comment on which tour company is the best for touring Antelope Canyon?
Trip Advisor seems to think that Chief Tosie might be the best.
Also we were thinking about going at 5:00 PM to try and avoid some of the crowds. Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
